Employees success is something to celebrate

Jenny Belham

The Insurance Institute of Norwich launched a new exam recognition initiative which celebrates the exam success of it’s members and rewards the achievement of reaching the qualification status of Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Fellowship in Financial Planning. They were delighted to advise Jenny, following her recent achievement of Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society, that she received the highest pass mark in this category, and therefore awarded her with a £75 Amazon voucher. We are all proud of Jenny for this superb accolade which reflects the effort she put in to become a Fellow.

Josh Green

Josh Green joined the firm as a trainee mortgage adviser in July last year and has been working tirelessly to gain the knowledge and experience necessary to become a qualified Mortgage Adviser. Over the last 11 months Josh has studied hard to pass both CII’s R01 Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics, and his most recent success CF6 Mortgage Advice, which allows Josh to practice as a qualified mortgage adviser under his mentor Rachael Smith. Josh is now working towards his R05 Financial Protection exam, which will give him even more knowledge to help clients with their protection needs.

Rachael Smith

We would like to say seriously well done to Rachael Smith for passing her CII R07 exam which gives her the Advanced Mortgage Advice qualification and a new title of Rachael Smith, Cert SMP. This unit develops knowledge and understanding of the key elements of the mortgage process, specialist types of mortgage lending and tests a candidates’ ability to give appropriate mortgage advice to clients with complex needs and circumstances.

Marc Ward

Last month, Marc passed the CII’s Equity Release (ER1) exam which develops understanding of the different types of equity release products, risks to the consumer associated with equity release and application of suitable equity release solutions according to the circumstances of different customers. This qualification allows Marc to apply to become a SOLLA adviser. SOLLA helps people and their families in finding trusted accredited financial advisers who understand financial needs in later life.

Chloe Drew

Chloe has passed the CII’s Equity Release (ER1) exam. Chloe, now has a Total of 200 credits in financial services and is firmly on her way to achieving Chartered Status.

Kia Henson

Kia has achieved a distinction in attaining her Level 3 Financial Services Administrator Apprenticeship.

Sam Phillips

Well done to newest memeber of the team Sam on passing his first CII exam – Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics (R01).
