
Golfers enjoyed a sunny day at Heacham Manor Golf course
On Friday the 23rd September 2022 (the day after our office opening) we held our fifth Charity Golf Day at Heacham Manor Golf Club, raising £4,000 for our chosen charities, the Stroke Unit at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Cancer Research UK and Norfolk and Waveney Mind.
The event was won by J Riley Beet Harvesters (UK) Ltd pictured below. They played some terrific golf under the guidance of their captain Matt Carse.
Second place went to the 4 Way Group, captained by Stuart Olley and 3rd place went to Datashredders, captained by Edward Lefevre. Congratulations also go to Jasper Payne of North Runcton Cricket Club who won Longest Drive (Hole 4); Andy Mackenzie for Nearest the Pin (Hole 7); Darryl Hazelhurst-Jeavons for Longest Drive (Hole 11) and Joe England of Fraser Dawbarns Solicitors for Nearest the Pin (Hole 15).
Teams of golfers enjoyed a Texas Scramble format followed by a raffle, presentations, an auction and lunch in the Pavilion clubhouse at Heacham Manor, voted in the Top 100 golf resorts in Britain & Ireland.
