BEN ALLEN
BEN ALLENManaging Director
Ben founded Allen Tomas & Co Financial Management in 2013 and is the Managing Director of Allen Tomas & Co. He is a Chartered Financial Planner, Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), Pensions Transfer Specialist and holds a distinction in the CII’s Advanced Trust Qualification. Ben specialises in Investments, Pensions, Estate and Trust Planning with client demographics that include farming, family, trusts and businesses. He strongly believes in sound holistic independent financial advice, co-operation with the client’s Solicitors and Accountants, cash flow and succession planning.
His passions are his family, his Labrador, good food, the Norfolk coast, innovation in business, snowboarding, boating, tennis and hockey.
ANDY MULLIGAN
ANDY MULLIGANSenior Financial Planner
Andy joined the financial advice profession in 1987 after 12 years as a technician in the RAF. He then became an Independent Financial Adviser in 1989 with successful careers at major firms in Norfolk including running his own IFA practices with integrity, and client care being of the upmost importance. Andy is working towards achieving Chartered Status with the CII and specialises in planning areas such as inheritance tax, pensions and investments with consideration to lifestyle planning, retirement management and long term care planning.

Outside of work, Andy a true Mancunian, has been a season ticket holder at Manchester City and travels to see them with his Norfolk friends. He also enjoys cycling, restoring British classic sports cars and being at home with his family.

TRACEY CANEY
TRACEY CANEYAccount Manager
Tracey manages all key accounts in the firm including relationships with professional connections and the client experience through their personal finance portal. Tracey joined us at the beginning of November 2013 in the firm’s infancy, having worked in private and commercial banking for nearly 20 years. She entered the Financial Services industry in 1997 with a local advisory firm and attained the Financial Planning Certificate in 2001, joining a National IFA in 2005, working closely with the financial advisers in a compliance function, before becoming PA to the Managing Director.
In her spare time, Tracey is a 1940’s re-enactor and possesses an extensive collection of original clothing and accessories from the era. She is also a motor racing enthusiast.
REBECCA ALLEN
REBECCA ALLENMarketing Manager
Rebecca handles all our of social media and has designed and developed our website. All digital marketing is done inhouse and in addition Rebecca organises all of our advertising and print marketing. Her background is predominantly in local government where she spent nearly 10 years working in a highly reactive communications team.

Rebecca has always been interestd in computing and technology as well as being a keen cook. She is currently learning Spanish and loves lazy days spent with her family and labrador.

KIA HENSON
KIA HENSONClient Relationship Manager
Kia manages the client experience initially and ongoing to encourage continuity and client familiarity. Kia joined us in August 2019 from school where she was studying her favourite subjects Mathematics and Business Studies, a perfect introduction to financial services! Kia is very keen to develop her knowledge by continuing her studies and qualification with the Chartered Insurance Institute.

She enjoys being outside, active, meeting new people and experiencing new cultures hence her love of travel! She also loves spending time with her dog, Bonnie the Chihuahua.

SONIA BELL
SONIA BELLClient Relationship Manager
Sonia brings three years’ experience as a Financial Administrator, having taken a complete change of direction after spending over 15 years in events management. She plans to further her studies to become a fully qualified Financial Paraplanner with the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Sonia is also a qualified fitness professional and in her spare time enjoys interval training, kettlebells, swimming and cycling. She loves to travel and experience new cultures around the world, and closer to home particularly enjoys hiking Mountains and the rather flatter north Norfolk coast.
